BP003573: Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein, (amino acids Ile23-Ser328(IL-12B) & Arg57-Ser253(IL-12A)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 34.76 kDa (IL-12B) and 23.64 kDa (IL-12A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-48 kDa (IL-12B) and 38-44 kDa (IL-12A) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-IL-12 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Cynomolgus IL-12 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
